My 6 month old!

Well my little buddy turned 6 months old yesterday! Such a bittersweet day! He ended up throwing up twice as we were trying to leave the house for daycare/work so I decided to take that as a sign and just stay home. We napped and cuddled all day! Well, my 6 month old can roll from tummy to back and can sit up all by himself. I guess he is very content with that because he makes no effort to attempt to do any other tricks! His skin is still horrible and he is now scratching us…maybe is assumes that everyone itches and he is just trying to help us out. He was sleeping through the night but he seems to forget how to do that during a bad eczema breakout. He is doing wonderful with solids. He is a pro at cereal and we have mastered sweet potatoes, green beans, and peas. Sadly, I think the green beans and/or peas have made his eczema worse. Really sucks because he LOVES peas! Well anyway that’s our update. Will have to wait until his 6 month appointment to learn how much he weighs (unless I get out the Wii fit) and at this point I can’t actually remember when that is. But you know I will update then.

Oh BTW, as of yesterday I have been exclusively pumping for 6 months!!! I go back and forth on what to do at this point. Part of me is so over pumping and the other part doesn’t want to stop. My supply is no longer abundant and I get out just enough to feed him each day. At this point I think I’m going to lose one session a week until I get to 3 a day and see where we are at then.
