4 month check-up

Brooks had his 4 month check up yesterday (He was actually 4 months last week) He now weights 19.6lbs and is 26 inches long! He is doing really well except for his eczema. Doc wants me to try him on a non-milk formula for a couple of days to see if that helps. He rejected the Enfamil version so going to try the Similac version today. A part of me really hopes it helps but I'm so not ready to stop giving him breastmilk. I hate pumping but I love the fact that I can do it for him. So anyway...that's our update! Oh BTW he has slept 7 hours in a row the last three nights!!!!!!! I think we might be on to something!!!! Oh and his two bottom teeth are neck and neck to see who makes it to the top first...poor guy!

Wozzers!

4 months ago today I was meeting my baby boy for the first time! It so hard to not be emotional on days like this. We both waited so long to meet him and I have to say the wait was totally worth it! We had his pictures made last weekend. Poor guy woke up covered in eczema and both eyes were red and swollen. We decided to have the pictures done anyway, because lets face it...if I wait for his skin to clear up we will never have his pictures made.
