He's here and he's perfect!!!!!

The day started really strange. Nothing like we ever expected. The alarm went off at 3:45am, we leasurly got dressed and headed towards the car. No contractions, no pain, no frantic dash to the hospital. We even stopped at the gas station on the way. Needless to say it was nothing like we expected the birth day of our son to be.

It took 6 people pushing on my stomach and 2 vacuums, but he finally made it! My little man was born on Monday May 18th at 7:27am. He weighted 9lbs 9 oz and was 21 inches long!

Oh and the doc said we made the right decision with the c-section...he was defiantly not coming out the other way!

I never thought I'd get to take this picture, but here I am! Little man will be here on Monday....if not before!


And here are his last ultrasound pics. They guess his weight to be 9lbs 1 oz.

39 Weeks!

Ok...so I went to the doctor on Friday and it looks like he is never coming. My doctor couldn't even find my cervix this time so who knows if I'm even dilating. He said I can schedule a c-section at anytime, but the mom in me just won't let me do that. Hopefully I will have better news when I go back on Thursday. The top left picture was taken 5 days before I knew I was pregnant. The rest were taken at 39 weeks...Woo Baby!
