What a year....

I'm not even sure I could begin to catch up and I really not even sure that anyone actually reads this :)! It has been one crazy year! Baby Boy is doing great! He weights 24.8lbs and is 30inches long. Still can't belive he is 1! Just seems like yesterday I meet him for the first time! Anyway, here are some pics from his 1st B'day party! Hopefully I will be better about updating!

....I need to update this blog...bad! Maybe, just maybe i can make that happen this weekend!!!!!! Maybe.

Baby's First Allergic Reaction...

Oh how sweet! I've always been super careful about what I feed Brooks because of his horrible eczema, but I finally decided to branch out and let the child have some gerber's mac n cheese...BIG MISTAKE!!!! About an hour later this is what happened...


I've never been so scared in my whole life. He on the other hand just blew raspberries the whole time. We have now seen and allergist and it has been determined that he is extremely allergic to wheat and eggs. He is also allergic to milk, soy, and peas. Doc only thinks those items are causing his eczema. Going to start an elimination diet soon so we can figure out which one of them is making him the worse. Ohhhhh my soon to be 'bubble boy'!

On a side note, Brooks is finally getting over his what, like 10th double ear infection since Thanksgiving...ahhhh...he gets tubes on March 4th!
